Customize Order (General)

Customize your apparel order with a name and number on the left sleeve!
This customization option is ONLY for: shirts, dri-fit shirts, crewnecks, hoodies, and quarter zips.
You will need to purchase one for each item you are customizing.
Please indicate in the Notes section before checkout the item and name and number being customized (ex. Medium Black Hoodie, “Smith 99”).
*If you forget to add it in the notes, you can email us with your Order # and customization request at: [email protected]. If you purchased a customization but did not indicate a request by the time the apparel is printed, we will reach out to you.
